Which Countries Can I Travel To?
From 4am on Monday 4 October 2021, the red, amber, green traffic light system will be changed to a single red list of countries with simplified travel measures for international arrivals. The rules for arrivals from countries and territories that are not listed 'red' will depend on your vaccination status.
If you travel to England before Monday 4 October, you must follow the existing rules, taking any necessary COVID-19 tests and following quarantine rules where required.

When Can I Book a Holiday?
You can book a holiday to travel after 17th May to travel in 2021 and our suppliers are now taking holidays bookings for 2022 and 2023 so now is the perfect time to begin planning your next holiday. As your travel agent, we can help you find the perfect destination. We can advise you of the travel situation at the time of your booking based on the latest FCDO advice but you should always check with official sources before you book, and regularly before you travel. How Can I Be Sure My Holiday Plans are Protected?

What happens if Covid-19 affects my destination during my holiday?
If your destination falls under Covid-19 restrictions during your holiday, or if you become ill when you are travelling you will have the full, personal support of our travel team. Our customer support line is open 24/7 and you will speak directly to us - not an operator or call centre.
If any of your party becomes unwell during your holiday you should notify your local travel supplier and your travel insurance supplier immediately. We will provide these contact numbers to you before you travel, or you can always contact us directly for advice.
Will I be able to secure Travel Insurance for my holiday?
Yes, you should always arrange your travel insurance as soon as you book your holiday. Many travel insurance providers will include cover related to Covid-19, we have partnered with Insurefor Travel Insurance, who we believe offers one of the most comprehensive and competitive policies on the market.
