Luxury British Virgin Islands Holidays
Are you searching for the ultimate destination to truly get away from it all? How about a luxury holiday to the wonderful British Virgin Islands? Tucked into an almost untouched corner of the Caribbean, your tranquil paradise awaits…
BREATHTAKING BEACHES, PURE BLUE SEAS, LAIDBACK CARIBBEAN CHARM
The British Virgin Islands lie in the North-West of the Caribbean and consist of over 40 islands that are largely uninhabited. The four main islands are Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda, and Anegada. Each has its own unique feel and style but all will treat you to a customary warm welcome, and holiday memories that you will treasure for a lifetime.
The British Virgin Islands have been part of British territory since 1672, though you will find very few references to British culture here, and laidback Caribbean life is the order of the day.
Endless stretches of golden sand and delightfully warm azure seas are a given when you visit the British Virgin Islands. Whichever island you visit will be blessed with perfect beaches that you won’t be able to resist.
Each of the four main islands promises something a little different – Tortola is home to the bustling capital of Road Town where you can shop for souvenirs and sip rum cocktails while you watch the world go by.
If you seek a livelier vibe, Jost Van Dyke could be the island for you. Named after an early Dutch settler and former pirate,
Jost is known as Fun Island! Highlights include the coconut palm fringed White Bay, and the Bubbly Pool – a naturally foaming sea pool which is known locally as Mother Nature’s Jacuzzi.
For unspoiled natural Caribbean landscapes head to Virgin Gorda and Anegada which are the least populated islands. Visit Anegada to sample the incredible freshly caught lobsters in a local restaurant, make sure to take your snorkel to explore the island’s stunning coral reefs. Virgin Gorda is known for The Baths, where giant boulders have been forced by volcanic eruptions to the surface of the surrounding waters to create a beautiful grotto and tranquil natural pools – a definite must-see on your trip of a lifetime.
With so much diversity and beauty to discover, the British Virgin Islands are an ideal multi-centre destination. We will work with you to plan a perfect itinerary to ensure you see it all, while enjoying the most luxurious accommodation and a completely stress-free escape.
